Our school uniform

When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community. Learn about our uniform and where to buy it.

Summer Uniform – Terms 1 and 4
Students are expected to wear the full summer uniform during Terms 1 and 4. The uniform includes:

  • Rydalmere red polo shirt
  • Navy blue shorts (unisex)
  • Navy skort (optional for girls)
  • Rydalmere summer dress
  • Navy socks for boys, white socks for girls
  • Black leather school shoes
  • Rydalmere school hat (broad-brimmed) – compulsory for outdoor activities

Wearing the correct uniform helps promote a sense of pride and belonging in our school community.

Winter Uniform – Terms 2 and 3

Students are expected to wear the full winter uniform during Terms 2 and 3. The uniform includes:

  • Shirt: Rydalmere red polo shirt or long sleeve shirt
  • Bottoms: Navy blue pants (for boys and girls) or navy skort with navy stockings
  • Jumpers & Jackets: Rydalmere red jumper and/or Rydalmere navy jacket
  • Socks: Navy socks for boys, white socks for girls (when wearing pants)
  • Footwear: Black leather school shoes (no sneakers or casual shoes)
  • Headwear: School hat (broad-brimmed) is compulsory for outdoor activities
  • Optional Variation: Summer dress may be worn with the Rydalmere red jumper and navy stockings

Sport Uniform
Students are expected to wear their School sport uniform on designated sports days and for physical education activities. The sports uniform includes:

  • Rydalmere red polo shirt or long sleeve shirt

  • Rydalmere navy sport shorts (unisex)

  • Rydalmere navy tracksuit pants (optional for cooler weather)

  • White socks

  • Rydalmere navy jacket

  • Sport shoes (appropriate for physical activity)

  • Rydalmere school hat (broad-brimmed) – compulsory for outdoor activities

Purchase the uniform

The Rydalmere Public School uniform shop is managed by the P&C. This helps to keep the cost of the uniform down, therefore making it more affordable. All profits from the uniform shop are invested back into the school to assist in the education of all students.

The uniform shop is located in the office building and is currently open by appointment. Orders can be placed via email and be collected from the office.  Please contact Mel with any uniform enquiries on the uniform shop email:  uniforms@rps-pandc.org.au
